Signover is currently provided in closed beta. Features, flows, and availability may change during testing, and access may be paused or withdrawn. Beta operation may include temporary defects, incomplete functionality, and evolving documentation.
1. Nature of the Signover Platform
Signover is a technology platform that enables transport operators and drivers to record vehicle condition digitally and obtain countersignatures from relevant parties. Signover provides the tools to create, store, and retrieve these records.
Signover does not independently inspect, assess, or verify the condition of any vehicle. All condition records reflect the input of the driver conducting the inspection. Signover makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any record created through the platform.
2. No Legal Advice
Nothing on the Signover platform or in any document, record, or report generated by the platform constitutes legal advice. Signover records are provided for the practical purpose of documenting vehicle condition and obtaining agreement from relevant parties.
If you require legal advice in connection with a vehicle transport dispute or any other matter, you should consult a qualified solicitor.
3. Accuracy of Records
Vehicle condition records created through Signover reflect the damage markers, defect notes, and photographs submitted by the driver at the time of inspection. Signover:
- Does not independently verify whether records are accurate or complete
- Does not inspect vehicles
- Is not responsible for any error, omission, or inaccuracy in a record created by a driver
- Does not warrant that any record is suitable or sufficient as evidence in any legal proceeding, insurance claim, or dispute
The legal value and evidentiary weight of any Signover record will depend on the circumstances of its creation and the applicable legal and procedural rules. Signover makes no guarantee in this regard.
4. Third Party Disputes
Signover is not a party to any transport, delivery, or vehicle condition agreement between operators, drivers, and their customers or counterparties. Any dispute arising from a vehicle transport job is a matter between the relevant parties to that transaction.
Signover does not mediate, adjudicate, or otherwise participate in disputes between operators and their customers. Signover is not responsible for the outcome of any dispute, regardless of the content of any record created through the platform.
5. Service Availability
Signover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors or defects. We may need to carry out maintenance or updates that affect platform availability, and we will provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably possible.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the platform, including loss arising from the inability to complete a vehicle condition record or obtain a countersignature during a period of downtime.

The Signover platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Signover.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signover's liability in connection with the platform and any records created through it is limited as set out in the applicable Terms & Conditions. This Disclaimer does not create any additional liability on the part of Signover beyond what is set out in those Terms.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits Signover's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
