3.4 Account Misuse

You must not:

  • Share your account credentials with any unauthorised person
  • Allow any person to use your account to conduct jobs on your behalf where that person has not agreed to the applicable terms
  • Register multiple accounts for the same individual or business entity to circumvent subscription limits

4. Consequences of Breach

If you breach this AUP, Signover may, at its discretion and without prejudice to any other rights:

  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend your account temporarily pending investigation
  • Terminate your account and subscription immediately and without refund
  • Report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law or where we consider it appropriate
  • Take legal action to recover any losses suffered by Signover or third parties as a result of the breach

Operators are responsible for ensuring that their drivers comply with this AUP. Breach of this AUP by a driver operating under an operator's account will be treated as a breach by the operator.
